How to Enroll in Services

At Health Solutions, we know that you have a busy life and enrolling in treatment needs to be easy and as convenient as possible. Health Solutions Behavioral Health programs utilize Open Access for enrollment. Open Access means you can walk right in to one of Health Solutions sites listed below Monday-Friday 8am-3:30pm to complete the enrollment process. If you would prefer to complete the enrollment process by tele-video, no problem, just call 719-545-2746 and a member of our Connect2Care team will help you get started.
